Dr. Guillermo Cortes - Your Gilbert Dentist
Raised in San Tan Valley, Arizona, Dr. Guillermo Cortes is proud to serve the community he calls home. He earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2023.
Dr. Cortes believes great dentistry begins with genuine listening and shared decision-making. He takes time to understand each patient’s goals, explains options in plainlanguage, and recommends treatments that fit their needs—and their timing. To helppatients feel at ease, he offers nitrous oxide and other in-chair comforts for managing dental anxiety.
In a general practice setting, Dr. Cortes provides a wide range of services, including root canals, extractions, wisdom teeth removal, and dental implants. He is committed to preventive care and patient education, and he prioritizes staying current with evidence- based guidelines through ongoing continuing education.Outside the office, you’ll often find Dr. Cortes hiking the San Tan Mountains with his wife and their two children, playing golf, spending time with family, and serving thecommunity.
